At the Lions Club Skating Rink parking lot, usually sitting just far enough back that you can’t see them.

Not a "trap". A posted speed limit. Drive at the speed limit and you won't get stopped. It's simple.

As far as I know, the Lions Club scatting rink is on PRIVATE PROPERTY, and so is the parking lot. Just for grins, call the department and see if there is a written agreement on file for them to park there. If not, they are trespassing and it is illegal for any cop to do something illegal to catch someone doing the same! Somersworth cops are ASS*OLES and do dirty crap all the time.
