West Hill Road near near the dam Road
State and Sheriffs dept’s park along side the road near the the water shed below the roads crest. you come upon them at the last minute. the speed posted is rediculously low for a very rural area. your more likely to hit deer than anything else. definitley the sole purpose is to make money.
