West Lake Houston Parkway near Will Clayton
On West Lake Houston Parkway between the Orleans shopping center and 1960, the speed limit is posted at 30mph. Up to that point, the speed limit is 45mph. Humble police are parked all along that stretch, especially in front of the Atascocita Middle School and they are nailing people all the time.

Obviously you don't live around this area. Humble PD does NOT have jurisdiction here as it is NOT Humble City Limits. What you see is Humble ISD police enforcing the school zone limit during school hours. While I do think it is a trap, please do your homework before commenting.
