West Main Street near In Shade by South End of the Fair Grounds
Officers hide in the shadows of the trees bordering the south end of the fair grounds. They tend ignore local adults they recognize but are quick to ticket younger drivers and people on their way to and from the Armada Flea Market, less than a mile east of that point, particularly on Sunday mornings.
