West Mills Street near Interstate I-26
West Mills St. is State Hwy 108 and a two-way main thoroughfare with a turn lane in the middle. The speed limit was 35 mph until it was suddenly dropped to 25 mph.
Now some traffic creeps along this stretch of road which looks like most other roads in business areas with speed limits of 35 to 45 mph.
