This is funny. Glandorf police are notorious for NOT writing tickets. In addition to that, they almost never make traffic stops. You can fly right past them and they won't do anything. Their Mayor sees himself as the protector of the people and would replace them if they started writing tickets. Money? Glandorf is where all the Putnam Co rich people live, the town has plenty of money.
