The cops hide just west of Sand Canyon on Sierra Hwy. He uses a washed out radar gun in cruiser, so he says. There has been no proper road survey done, it goes from 50 mph to 45 mph. Cop hides in College of Canyon satellite campus driveway. He uses the radar sign in the tow yard across the street. Kinda creepy..
