West Street comming down hill heading towards Central Ave
Speed limit is 30mph and as you go down the hill your call will always speed up above this amount unless you have your foot on the break. Officer pulled me over going 43mph but let me go with a written warning.

I would argue that this is not a speed trap.
The cop that sits there (on a fake driveway, by the way) almost invariably gives out warnings, not tickets. There is also a school on Glen Gary Road, right at the bottom of the hill. I do feel that the job could be better served by one of those "Your speed is" signs. Needham has a couple with red and blue LEDs, which serve the purpose of getting people to slow down nicely.
Source: it's on my commute to work.
