West Street near Main St. Street
Traveling south on West Street the street is immediately residential with cars parked along side the street which makes it almost impossible to speed because the street is so crowded and one has to move over to let another car pass if they are coming from the opposite direction. After the residential section of that street comes to an end the street turns into a manufactering area. No signs posted as to the speed so one feels free to pick of the speed a little. Then after a railroad crossing there is a slight hill with a dip and you are once again immediately in a residential area. In that dip to the left as you travel south usually sits a city patrolman.
