I don't know if this location is totally correct. The speed limit is 30, but there's a school zone in the area so that drops it down. If your'e going west on Washington Ave, then you're going up hill. No shoulder to park on. Lanes are avg. size but still get crowded with car traffic. Also larger trucks use this route too, so you may not be going that fast anyway. This is an intersection that goes east & west. The east side of the Ave. is not that much wider, but business driveways may offer a place for police or other cars to park... Also, if one is driving on Rt. 304 you have to stay on 304 to go into N.J. Which is the border of Bergan County NJ and Rockland County NY. The road name changes, but it's still the same direction.
