Westbound 11th Street after MacArthur Drive
Tracy PD sits in the used car lot right after the intersection, targeting westbound traffic that comes over the overpass just past Macarthur Blvd. Saw him there on a Saturday and he looked bored and wanted someone to talk to. Be careful, impossible to see. Just do the posted 35 limit or less, he’ll ignore you.
