HPD is constaly looking to make quota that the Mayor has set for them. They go after japanese sports car and look for anything they can get you on. I have my front plate but he checked to see if he could get me on it. He was in the median turn lane with his lights off at 2:45am and he got me the ticket in 3min so I know he was a pro.
