Westminster Boulevard near Along the Naval Station
Officers operate in teams. One sits at the edge of where the Naval Station runs into Bolsa Chica, and the other is radioed behind where he will nab you. I was nailed here, and I see it happen still, all the time. Make sure you follow the posted 55 MPH, or they will get close to their quota for the day.
