Squad sits sideways in a parking on the east side of Westmore and projects laser southward towards the light at Roosevelt Road. This is a 4-land road with a very low speed limit of 30 MPH.

"Very low" speed limit with a very low death rate. Apparently going to work or to get food faster is much more important than saving a life if you mess up, because you will mess up.
