Where H-3 WEST ends by the stadium.
As you approach the end of H-3 in the West bound direction, the speed limit changes from 55 to 45 MPH. Right after the 45 MPH sign the road curves down and to the right and goes under the H-1 over pass. The motor cycle radar units sit in the deep shade under the overpass…. on both sides of the road.

I am trying to collect data to prove that officers are fraudulently issuing tickets to either people not speeding, or boosting the reading to collect higher charges. Almost everyone I have found to be pulled over has been charged with doing 64 in a 45. regardless of actual speed. I need more data to prove this, and I plan on doing some filming also.
