White Bear Avenue between Cty. Rd. B and Frost Ave.
Police are on the E. side of the road between Ramsey Nsg. Home and Maplewood Community Center in the multiple parking lots there. Usually target drivers going N. down the hill from the nursing home.

In the little Horseshoe parking lot especially... you can't see them there if you are going north.
