Police officer was standing next to Parkway, behind a traffic sign, with radar gun aimed at southbound traffic. His car was parked out of sight on White Pines C.C. Rd. Did not see his partner, but many pull offs along the Parkway, where he could wait. This was about 5PM, Oct, 24, 09.
