A cruiser is often parked in a commercial lot on the right, which is hidden by a bend and where the speed limit drops from 40 to 30. The other spot is at the west end. A cruiser hides in one of the commercial lots and tails a non-speeder in the 40 mph zone, which abruptly drops to a 30 mph zone just before the road bends slightly and intersects with Station Ave. If the driver doesn’t slow down to 30 immediately, he’s stopped. This trick works great at dusk, when the cruiser’s lights can make identification impossible.
