Williams Blvd. between Jefferson Highway and Airline Hwy.
This is a 2 lane boulevard that eventually turns into a very heavily travelled thoroughfare. It is a totally commercial area and this one section the posted speed limit is 20MPH. All signs are on the right however, the city has seen fit to hang banners from the light poles in the center threby drawing a drivers eyes away from where the signs are located.
