Willow rd., between Green Bay and Happ
Winnetka cops and the winnetka village sucks. They make Willow a 25 zone, but nobody ever follows that, and at night they’ll get you- especially if you’re a teenager- for as little as 12mph over the limit. It’s entirely revenue-oriented, just like the good ol’ Winnetka village board.

I did vote yes but for some different reasoning. First, Happ road is in Northfield. We need to get that straight. Second, not all of Willow is 25 mph in Winnetka. It goes goes from 25 to 30 (if you're heading west) until you reach Hibbard Road. Once you reach Hibbard, It's 35 mph.
Nobody drives 12 mph over the speed limit in this area. People may go 5 over max, but are other wise very mindfull of the limit here.
