Willow Rd. between Hibbard & Waukegan
These cops are the worst, with voracious quotas. They’ll hide anywhere, including people’s driveways. They’re also deadly on Hibbard Rd. between Willow south all the way to Illinois Rd. They’ll ticket for 5 miles over. I never speed in Northfield.
