I-45 nothbound all way is 70 mph and all on a sudden speed limit by Wilmer City is 60 mph. Isn’t that a crime that the city drops the highway speed limit intentionally @60mph??? Isn’t there any law, regulation on city’s desire whatever they want to do will do to earn it’s revenue??
First of all they are illegally, and wrongfully collecting speeding money from innocent drivers. Secondly, a court clerk, behaves uncivilized with the drivers on phone who are the victims of these speed traps. I have never heard anyone talk so brutal, with no respect to a person. She should be fired immediately.
