Winans lake road between Whitimore (Old 23) & Hamburg Rd.
East of Hamburg rd. on Winans you’ll come down a hill, Green Oak police will be parked to the side of the road near the church.
Coming down the hill your car will pickup speed it’s 45 mph limit and you can pick up at least 5 mph. Seen GOP parked there early morning, 5-7am.
Also seen GOP also sitting next to a field as there is a slight hill they hide from west bound cars .
