Windsor Boulevard near Staley Road
Speed limit on Eastbound Windsor suddenly drops from 45mph to 35mph. Frequent Sheriff’s Patrols catch people before they can slow down. Road is a two lane highway that is separated from residential areas by a sound wall or fences, making a 45mph speed limit realistic, but not 35.
