Going down Windy Hill Road, The officer sits in the Pappadeaux Parking lot which is 15 feet above road level and behind signs and bushes. Officer can’t see more than 70 feet down the road and uses stationary radar, The restaurant turns off all the lights in the parking lot when they close so it very dark up there. I doubt that Pappadeaux is letting the officer do this during business hours but they close about 10:00PM so be careful, Cops like sitting in the dark
