The police sit at the bottom of a steep hill aproaching St Charles Rock Road from the south, The limit is 20 which makes it a must to ride your brakes all the way down every time or they will be on you. They also patrol this particular street relentlesly as it is very hilly and very easy to unintentially exceed the limit. The thing is you never see them anywhere else.
