Within town limits on highway 75
There are speed limit signs for 45 coming into town but there is also a 35 mph zone that does not have a sign (or it is not placed well). It is also possible that they target out of state plates because there was other traffic with me as I went through town, but I was singled out.

This is the ONLY INCOME for Merrill's POLICE FORCE of 2 cops! Their ENTIRE SALARY is funded from ticketing poor travelers passing through this CRAP HOLE of an EXCUSE for a "community". THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL but the local magistrate is IN ON THE TAKE AS WELL!
