people check your laws it is a state law to have two license plates on your vehicle if you do not have a front license plate than you are in violation of state laws state.
same goes with every thing on your vehicle you own the vehicle and you are suppose to make sure it is kept in check with state laws it is not the state that takes care of your vehicle it is you the person
