Ferndale police sit along 8 mile all day in order to ticket drivers going westbound on 8 mile. Beware! But just a note, if you loop around and do eastbound 8 mile, they are out of their juristiction.

Yep, I had a westbound ferndale cop spin around and pull me over as I was driving eastbound
Ferndale's jurisdiction extends all the way to the curb on Eastbound 8 Mile, bordering Detroit. Same applies for Detroit, as M102 (8 Mile) is a "Trunk" road and County Divider (Wayne/Oakland).
Well i get a ticket from a ferndale cop yesterday when i go court on it if a geta fine I'm on my way down town to u.s federal court to see what the judge there said if ferndale is out of there city limts I'm filling a ckass act lawsuit again them
