I got nailed TWICE in this area for speeding, because there is NO FLASHING SCHOOL SIGN TO WARN PEOPLE THAT YOU ARE ENTERING A SCHOOL ZONE!!!!! Why oh why would a flashing school sign NOT be there?? It is VERY difficult to know that you are entering a school zone when it is pitch black outside at 6:30/7:00 in the morning, like it was for me the two times I got nailed. I think Parma Police do this PURPOSELY to catch unsuspecting people so that they can issue a $220 ticket for every offense. They don't even have the decency to stop you, they just send you the notice in the mail . How classy! Gotta love Parma (sarcasm)!
