Heading north on York road, right after entering Elk Grove (from Bensenville, across the street from Thornton’s), there is a small dirt access road to a rail area. This road is well hidden by tall grass, and it is usually impossible to tell if there is an officer there, and there is one about 7 times out of 10, either in a cruiser, a cruiser w/no light-bar on the top of the car, or a motorcycle.
