Constables like to hide on shoulder of road and isn’t very visible because of the overgrown weeds.

Just below 410 there's a rise with bushes on the right. On the other side of the rise a cop on a motorcycle is in the median facing the rise with a radar or lazer gun. There was a chase car on the verge with a motorist already puled over. I was slowing down as I approached but was pulled over for exceeding the limit. When I went back the other direction I discovered that there was a speed limit sign hidden in some bushes. This seems excessive and probably illegal.
