The local Brighton police actively target out of state cars. They only want the money and only turn the tickets in to the state if they’re not paid. If they’re paid, they disappear. That’s the good part. The bad part is that the ticket is expensive. I was in the right lane, being passed by a pickup from Tennessee. Guess who got the ticket?
