Speed limit slows down from 40 to 35 as you enter Hendersonville on Centerpoint Rd. Officer will sit at entry to Mansker Farms sub and stop cars (most people travel much faster on this part of the road)
Sanders Ferry Road near Gallatin Road
Police park either by the animal enforcement shelter on the right side of the road, or a little further down on the lakeside turnaround on the leFort
Cumberland Hills Drive near Bonita Parkway
35 mph posted on Cumberland Hills Drive, near Bonita Parkway 2-way stop. The sign is posted just before a big hill, and it’s common, and inevitable to get up past 45 mph if you’re not making an effort to slow. A police car sits well hidden at the bottom of the hill, all times of day, several times a month.
Cherokee Road near Sequoyah Drive
Usually a one man car at evening hours parked in the school parking lot or on Sequoyah Trace. During afternoon hours may be a two man team. One with radar, the other waving in or tagger. They sometimes park at Cherokee Point.
Freehill Road
30 mph zone, Freehill Rd has a hill. Cop sits on a side street for inbound traffic in the morning and in the fuel depot for outbound traffic in the afternoon, getting people who coast down the hill either way.
