Murfreesboro, Tennessee Speed Traps

There are trees along Haynes Drive going toward Memorial and they stand back along a street behind the tree line with their radar guns.

I usually will see at least 2 police cars monitoring speed with their radar guns. They are in the strip of stores around where Over21 video is…not that, it’s a good marker, but it’s something that’s clearly visible. It’s just as one exits the 840 or coming from Smyrna. It goes from 55 to 45 very quickly and the speed trap is right after the speed decreases to 45mph.

Two cops will sit on the first road to the right off of County farm road shooting passing cars with radar. They will then run out in front of you and motion you over. The spped limit is 30 mph, but the sign is posted a mile away from the cops.

Usually Right past the Murfreesboro City Limits. Speed drops from 60MPH, to 45MPH or either 40MPH. There will be an officer usually across from Food Lion at the entrance to the subdivision, but the entire section is patrolled from city limits to Butler / Warrior Drive.

Motor Cycle Cops Hide behind a small hill and street signs they stand in a way they look like walkers with there bikes back off the road and when you get close they pop out the radar gun and pop ya. then will stand in the middle of the road to get you to stop and pull over.
