Union City, Tennessee Speed Traps

One sometimes two police cars sit at the Old Highland Feedmill. The speed is posted at 35 MPH. This is a fair speed considering there are several homes in the area. The officer/officers are usually understanding but will give you a ticket when necessary. I can honestly say that I have not ever had a problem with the officers.

Usually around the Lutheran Church, or across the street near the Coke Plant parking lot on the East side of town. Speed limit here is a reasonable 45 MPH. There is also a "School Zone" (flashing lights) at Miles St that is heavily enforced during school times. The speed limit drops here to 15 MPH.
