Police park in the parking lot of the Gleaner Church. This effectively hides them until the last moment. They shoot radar in both directions

Thr police like to sit in the county drainage district parking lot and radar both directions at once

Generally Alvin PD patrols South Street during the day during school hours and late at night. I got pulled over for not signalling a turn a couple years ago when there was no one on the road at Kost and South. Generally they are just looking for a reason to pull you over. I know the speed limit was increased from 30 to 35, but most travel around 40-45. Be careful.
