APD motorcycle cops hide just over the hill. one shoots you with the laser and another will pull you over. These jerks would write up their own Mother!

IH-40 Eastbound @ Ross street exit, Motocops sit in the grass area on the right and catch you. They (3 to 5 Motocycles) sit in hide behind the trees and scrubs around 11:30 – 2:30 Pm.

Between I-27 and I-40, especially near Amarillo College. The police car is on a side street out of sight of drivers on Washington.
