Aspermont, Texas Speed Traps

On US 380 at the Stonewall/Kent county line there is a trooper that always sits there. Everyday I drive from and to work he’s sitting there. I guess that’s his assigned spot or something because he never leaves. He may even have a camper trailer there out in the field in that exact spot and never leaves.

A trooper usually patrols the area between the Brazos river and the town itself. They usually go up and down the highway or park on the side of the road to catch speeders.
