E. Braker Ln just before Dessau Rd by the school
Every day they will be there (morning and afternoon) shooting Laser in the 20mph school zone. At other times of the day and night they are there at various times catching speeders heading east down the hill in the 35mph zone. They like to sit in the church parking lot behind the bushes and also on the side street by the school behind the hill. This area is SO productive that BOTH the Austin PD & Travis Co. Sheriffs Dept. work it!
IH35 South before Stassney Ln
Usually in the wee hours of the morning before daylight hits. Black or White car (Dodge Magnum) that blends in with no writing on the side of the car. Looks like a regular car that has stalled on the side of the road.
IH35 S. & Capital Plaza right before 290 E transition ramp
Motor cop sits in McDonald’s parking and clocks people on the highway. They’ll jump the medium and catch you speeding all the way in the far lane.
IH35 S. passed Slaughter Ln. South Park Meadows
Right around where TGIF and the movie theatre is located on the west side, side road. A cop will sit right at the entrance and clock you. You can’t really tell until it’s too late because they make sure they are blocked by a sign further down the road.
Anderson Lane
Motorcycle Cops, one after the other stop people. This is a School Zone 20mph. Not too far from 183. The cops make lots of money during school hours.
