This is a new Parkway providing access to Highway 174 from I-35W. There is an incline/bridge and there is no speed limit sign if you get on at Dobson. The police stay at the next road and on the other side of the bridge and zap you. There is never any traffic here. Before and after school seem the wort times fo day.
