Dalworthington Gardens is a city of 1.9 square miles. The only way for them to pull you over is to let pull over into Arlington. They own 1/4 mile strips of road in random places around Arlington and use dark Suburbans for police vehicles that from a distance do not appear to be police cars

New school zone on W. Arkansas Ln located between S. Bowen Rd. and Roosevelt Dr. School zone is painted on the road and has a visible sign. Sign does not have the usual lights indicating when the school zone is enforced. Times for enforcement are also unually long: 7:30a – 9a and 2:30p – 4p. These guys just LOVE your checking account! Both north and south bound directions are monitored from just north of Pleasant Ridge all way up to the town of Pantego. They sit on cross streets, right smack in the center of road if its a motorcycle cop, and in a empty field also. Be on the look out for dark blue SUV’s. That’s how they can afford those fancy SUV’s because of all the tickets they write.

small town inside Arlington

These towns live off traffic violations since they’re too small to handle anything else. Go exactly the speed limit and obey all other traffic laws or they will ticket you. My friend got a ticket for rolling thru a stop sign at 3:00 AM when the police should have better things (DUI, for example) to watch out for.
