The Denton PD regularly sits in the parking lot of the Colorado Apartment Complex. They will catch you going southbound, down hill heading towards Loop 288. You cannot see the patrol car until it is too late. The speed limit changes from 40 to 30, and they will stop you at 35. Be Careful!

The intersection of Loop 288 and I-35E is regularly watched by the Denton PD. I work near there, and see the Denton PD with several cars in the parking lot of my employeer many times throughout the day. They also watch closely for people running the red light when comming off the highway. I have seen as many as 6 officers at this intersection at one time.
