Brentwood Stair Rd. & Weiler Blvd.

Fort Worth, TexasFeb 01, 20100 Comments

During the morning rush hour, especially, there is often a cop radaring from the gas station at Brentwood Stair Rd. & Weiler Blvd.

There are also 3 very poorly timed (and frequently run) stop-lights within 50 yards of that intersection, that the cop can see while he is radaring. Use caution at this area, and on Brentwood Stair Rd entirely as this is a hot-bed for police radaring.

I-35W & State Hwy 114

The town of Northlake keeps a black SUV on I-35W almost 24 hours a day. The location is about at exit 70 just in front of the Texas Motor Speedway and on race weekends they usually have two units out. The speed limit is 65 mph and they will get you at 67 mph whereas the Texas Highway Patrol and most large cities will let you slide up to about 9-10 mph over the limit. The fine is about $200.00 so definitely a speed trap.

At about I-35 and Hwy 114 (Exit 70) the little town of Northlake keeps a black SUV out on I-35 almost 24 hours a day. This is just in front of the Texas Motor Speedway and they will very often put two cars out on race weekends. The speed limit is 65mph and the Texas Highway Patrol and most larger city officers will let you go up to 10 mph over the limit and not bother you but these Northlake cops will stop you at 67mph and the ticket is about $200.00.

Saginaw Boulevard

Saginaw/North Fort Worth, TX police will hide behind parked cars, signs and low lying areas and in parking lots.
Very agressive in all parts of the city. Very sneaky about concealing themselves behind obstacles. Migrate to different locations. Saginaw Blvd. has very quick changing yellow light which are monitored agressively also. Off streets are 20 MPH in city limits.

(Near Lake Worth, TX) They lay in wait, will give tickets for using a very generous , new, right lane shoulder , extremely inviting for safe right hand turns out of a very long line at the light ….bait!
