Police camp in median at the point where speed limit changes from 60 to 75. They will target cars moving in either direction and pick out unfamiliar cars and ticket out of towners. They don’t even use a radar gun, they just pull you over and hand you a citation after verifying that you are from out of town.

In the city of Grapeland, There are two (Grapeland City Police) officers that will pull over vehicles that they do not recognize. They will use the excuse that you did not come to a complete stop at a stop sign.
