I-45N feeder right before Cypresswood
There is a cop on the sideroad that is right after the auto shop on the feeder. Sometimes he sits out on the feeder, radar in hand, waving people over for the quick ticket.
Will Clayton Pkwy, JFK Blvd
There are Houston city cops all over the airport. The worst place is right before you go on the bridge that loops around to JFK Blvd. They have special “Cop Drives”” that basically connect the two sides of the road so that they can monitor both sides at once. “
Cypresswood Dr. right after Anderson Elementary
People who live in Spring know about this one — right after Anderson Elementary traveling southbound there is a long bridge that is posted 35 mph, right after it goes up to 45 mph. The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable is hiding on the road that loops under the bridge. They pulled my friend over the other day 1 foot away from the 45 mph sign and ticketed him. It is not uncommon for them to also openly clock you by hand with their radars (right after the bridge) and wave people over for speeding.
Eastex Freeway service Rd 7200-7500 Blk Northbound
North bound from Kelly st. you will come to a overpass with the speed limit sign of 65 mph very visible to your left, thinking it is an on ramp, you aplly speed, however at the begining of the overpass a road to the right is posted 45 mph. You learn that it isn’t an on ramp when the overpass comes down back onto the service road at real fast decline and your speed is checked by a devise by waiting police.
