Hes sometimes right in front of the gas station before you hit S Wayside.
2nd hill N bound from 610E to Hardy Toll Northbound
You come off the 610 E connector and merge with fast (75mph?) traffic.
The NEXT hill after that, cop will be sitting BEHIND you on the RIGHT shoulder.
He ticketed over 160 people in the last 3 months.
6600 Memorial Drive Westbound, Memorial Park
HPD “stealth” Camaro, black with dark grey markings, parked in the median break just west of Memorial Loop. As Memorial Drive gently curves to the left, boom, there he is. Speed limit is 40mph.
Clay Road in front of the Harris County Library
The speed limit traveling east on Clay Road between Barker Cypress and Hwy 6 is mostly 45 mph. Just before you reach the library and the Municipal Court the speed reduces to 35mph. The sheriffs have been taking advantage of this stopping traffic in the middle of the road and randomly pulling over drivers to issue tickets. Beware, this is a racket!
45 southbound feeder between 610 and Park Place Blvd.
There are usually one or two HPD motorcycle cops waiting with the scanner pointing to the on coming traffic. .They are always next to a yellow muffler shop. The speed is 40mph. Be Ware!
