Sit in school parking lot well off the hwy so as not to be seen. Only trained enough to get a certification… more like the high school bully than legitimate Police.

Hyw 31 and Hwy 31
Posted speed limit changes rapidly from 70 to 50(or 30 during school hours). City police will stake out in school zone on hwy 31 and just past the 40mph sign on 171.
