I have been informed by an insider with Irving, that they allow 10 over, but they are extremely effecient in this area, and are raising the needed capital for a new stadium through tickets.

If you are going down the service road towards Carl Rd., you will see a row of trees after passing Chemsearch Boulevard. A cop sometimes sits in the drive next to Kroger Park. You will not see him until it is too late. People usually speed down this service road, going 45-50 mph, while the posted speed limit is 35 mph. It is also rumoured that they sit there whenever there is a Cowboy game going on at Texas Stadium. They might also be look for speeders exiting to Carl Road.
