State Highway Spencer near Between 16th St. and Sens Road
The bridge on Spencer Hwy between 16th Street and Sens Road is a major speed trap. They park their patrol cars on the ramps getting on Spencer. The way that they get you is that the posted speed limit signs are 2 blocks back from the bridge so if you come off of either 16th street or Sens Road, you don’t know what the posted speed limit is because it is behind you. The police station just went close to that bridge so I guess they are trying to pay for the new building.
Fairmont Parkway Street near Interstate 146
At the new bridge over the railroad tracks at 16th street.
La porte and Prec. 8 are there near continuously.
State Highway 146 near State Highway Spencer
Hwy 146 is crawling with police cars from Bacliff north thru Kemah & Seabrook to La Porte. Six cars were noted Sat PM. No radar was detected by Valentine 1 detector.
Monument Roads
State park police run these roads hard. The speed limit is something like 35 and there are no=0 signs.
